Medicare Advantage

We offer multiple Medicare Advantage plan options from local and national carriers. This gives you more choice in a wide variety of doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies as well as the ability to choose a plan that best fits your unique needs.

We offer HMO and PPO plan options that fit the need of both those that are healthy and those that have multiple healthcare needs.

There’s a plan for everyone, however, there are also plan options specifically designed around the needs of:

  • Veterans
  • Those that have both Medicare & Medicaid
  • Those with chronic conditions (ex: Diabetes, Heart, or Lung issues)

Most Medicare Advantage (MAPD or MA) plan options include some additional benefits that Original Medicare doesn’t cover such as Routine Dental, Routine Vision Exams & Glasses, Routine Hearing Exams & Hearing Aids, Gym Memberships, Transportation to Health-Related Facilities, Credit for Over-the-Counter Items, Worldwide Emergency Coverage, and more!

(Any included additional benefits are based on availability and chosen plan in your specific zip code.)

Enrollment onto a Medicare Advantage Plan is easy! As long as you have Medicare Parts A & B you are able to enroll regardless of any past or current medical conditions and there are no pre-existing condition waiting periods – you have full plan benefits on the very first day your plan becomes effective!

There are only certain times during the year when you can enroll onto a Medicare Advantage Plan for the first time or change your plan. Oct 15th through Dec 7th of every year is the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and EVERYONE can make changes during this time. Outside of this time frame, there are other enrollment opportunities but all are time-sensitive so make sure to reach out to us if you have any questions! Some examples of such time-sensitive enrollment windows are: you moved, you were diagnosed with a chronic condition, you are on Medicaid, you have or are eligible for the Extra Help Program for Prescription Drugs, you are retiring, you are on an employer plan but have lost it or want to drop it, and so much more! There are so many potential special election periods (SEP’s) that we highly suggest you reach out to us to let us know what’s changing in your life or what’s prompting you to look at a new plan and we’ll help to determine if you qualify to make a mid-year change or enroll for the first time.
